The price payable for each product and service you order is as set on the site

Shipping fees and applicable sales taxes are extra.

SEBER reserves the right to change the prices of products and services offered on the Site at any time without notice.

Method of payment/invoicing

Payment by credit card and check are the only forms of payments to make purchases Online SEBER .shadesintel.com. Credit cards VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted on the site. Please note that when you place an order through the website, you can print a draft bill. The confirmation email you receive soon after from SEBER .shadesintel.com constitutes a preliminary invoice.

Order confirmation

The receipt by email from a command does not automatically mean that SEBER accepts the said order and is not not a confirmation that SEBER is committed to producing the order.

When you submit an order for products or services, SEBER .shadesintel.com will send you a confirmation of control which has been verified by one of our technicians, you must accept this confirmation so that your control goes to production. Once your order is confirmed it will not be possible to modify your order for free.

Legal guarantees

The Quebec Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act provide legal guarantees including on hidden defects as well as the use of goods sold. These legal guarantees also apply to this sale. This warranty in no case reduce or remove the manufacturer's legal guarantee when the latter exists.

Product out of stock

Price

The price of our products is shown in Canadian dollars, and applicable taxes will be added. All orders, regardless their origin, are payable in Canadian dollars. Taxes

SEBER calculates taxes based on the address where the order will be shipped. For an order to be delivered to Canada, taxes will be dependent on the province; for example, for Quebec, the added taxes are QST (Provincial Sales Tax) and T.P.S. (Goods and Services Tax).

Payment

The payment of your purchases is made by credit card: MasterCard, Visa or American Express. The proposed fees will be paid according to the payment procedure described in the registration process. Customer agrees to pay the total costs and expenses associated with the purchased product, including taxes. SEBER may change the price after notifying the client. The customer is responsible for the payment of the purchased product. Only the user is responsible payment by credit card for the proposed service.

Return

How much time do I have to return an item?

You can return a defective product to SEBER within 10 days of receipt. How to return an item?

As products SEBER are fabricated on measures to your specifications we do accept returns in case of product defect. If an item is defective, it will be exchanged for a new copy of the same product. If SEBER has not delivered the product you ordered you, SEBER you will send the right product. In both cases, you must return the product, SEBER assumes the transportation costs and risks.
